TERMS OF SERVICE

First of all, hello, welcome and thank you for taking the time to read this!

By submitting a booking order, you indicate that you agree to these Terms of Service, so I've tried to make them very straightforward but if you have doubts or questions please feel free to e-mail me.

Terms of Payment

Free Intro Calls
Free intro calls are free, no fees, no committments.
if you will decide to work together after the call, a Work Proposal containing all details including price, payment methods, delivery date and features of the service will be sent to you prior payment.

Prices and Payment
1HR sessions (100 Euros), Single Edits (250 Euros) and Web Edits’ (500 Euros) payments are upfront. For New Websites (1500 Euros) the payment is 50% upfront and 50% at delivery.

Payment methods
All online payments are securely made via PayPal and Wise.
1HR sessions will require payment through Paypal at the moment of booking.
All the other Services (Single Edits, Web Edits and New Websites) will be payed via Wise (no account needed, just a credit card).

Taxes
The price that you see on this website is the final price, no additional VAT or other taxes will be charged.

Receipts
For all Services a receipt for your payment will be issued and sent to you after your order.

Turnaround Time

1 to 1 Consults
1 HR Sessions will be delivered on the day and time that you have selected on the booking form. You will be able to select the time in your time-zone before booking.

Single Edit
The initial Free Intro Call for Single Edits will be delivered on the day and time that you have selected in the booking form, while the Edit will be delivered within 5 business days.
from payment reception.

Web Edits and New Websites
The initial Free Intro Call for Web Edits and New Websites will be delivered on the day and time that you have selected in the booking form, while the following live sessions will be proposed to you with a calendar of possible options, should you decide to continue with the work.
Web Edits and New Websites will be delivered on a case by case basis but always within the agreed Turnaround Time (the timeframe for a Web Edit is normally in the range of 7 / 10 business days, the one for a New Website can vary from 3 weeks to 4 weeks).
Should you decide to carry on with the work after the initial Free Intro Call, a detailed summary of what to send and how to send it will be e-mailed to you along with the Agreement (Work Proposal).

Policies

Cancellation Policy
If you can't make it for the session you have booked, please cancel or re-schedule within 24 hours before your appointment. For all pay services, I do accept cancellations at any time prior payment. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Re-scheduling Policy
For all calls (1 to 1 Consult and Free Intro Calls) you have the possibility to re-schedule the appointment yourself from the Booking Confirmation e-mail within 24 hours before your appointment.
If for extraordinary circumstances I won’t be able to take your call at the scheduled time I will e-mail you in advance and will offer you the first available options.

Privacy Policy
This website doesn't collect visitors' IP addresses and doesn't place any cookie on their devices. Also, I don’t have a Newsletter, so you won’t receive one. For the personal data that you will give me, I will only use your billing address and contact information:
•   To communicate with you about your booking
•   To fulfil your order
•   For legal reasons (such as paying my taxes)

Non-Disclosure Policy
All personal information and material that you’ll share with me by any means of communication will remain 100% confidential, will not be shared with third parties under any circumstances and are fully covered by an implicit Non-Disclosure agreement.

Copyright Policy
Your pictures, texts, images and material stay (of course) yours.
These Terms don't give me any rights to your material except the work to do for you, specifically described in the Services.
In the same way, I kindly ask that you own all rights to the material that you will submit and share with me. Please don't submit or share material unless you have the right to do so.

Promotion Policy
For all promotional usage, such as displaying the work we did on my website or other places related to my work, with these Terms of Service I kindly ask you to grant me permission to use the pictures used during our work together as part of my creative portfolio; again, this doesn’t give me any ownership over them, your Copyrigth will stay fully yours, and your name and website will be published besides them with the clear notion that you are the author of the pictures. I wiill in any case notify you via e-mail of the publication and will be happy to publish any thought or feedback you have as well.

Acceptable Material Policy
• Please don’t submit or share material that threatens, harasses, is abusive, excessively violent, cruel, offensive or obscene.
• Please don’t submit or share material that advocates bigotry or hatred against any person or group based on their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual preference, age or disability.
• Please don’t submit or share material that advocates violence, segregation, exploitation, confinement, killing and submission of animals (any animal).

This, more or less, covers it all
